Partial impact on RO region - hardware failure

We had a hardware failure on vrt20 node in the RO region that affected a part of our clients. The issue has been solved and all vservers are up and running. If you are experiencing issues with your vserver and you have not heard from us, please open a ticket and we will solve it asap.
We are sorry for the problems this may have caused. All users on that node are eligible for partial refund, we are waiting for your tickets.
